Hey, I’m Tyler!
As a former first responder, I know firsthand how tough the job can be on your body and mind. Back when I was working 12–16 hour patrol shifts and grinding through 60-hour weeks, I gained over 30 pounds and watched my health take a nosedive. A high blood pressure reading at the doctor’s office and a few failed special teams selections were the wake-up calls I needed.
I decided it was time to take control.
After losing the weight, keeping it off, and helping dozens of other first responders do the same, I’m expanding my mission:
To help first responders break through weight plateaus, improve their health, and add years to their lives—without cutting out the foods they love, spending hours in the gym, or missing time with their families.
I reached out to Tyler because I haven’t been quite able to reach my fitness goals on my own the past few years and thought he might be able to help me achieve them. After talking to him, telling him my goals, and hearing everything he had to offer I decided he could help me and he did just that. He lays everything out on a week to week basis in a way that’s easy to understand. He’s always available to answer any questions regarding my training or anything with fitness/nutrition. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with what you’re getting from him and genuinely cares about seeing you succeed. I’m beyond happy I decided to work with him because my physique has never been better, and that is in large part to Tyler.

Tyler has a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition with a tremendous passion for helping others reach their goals. I have gained a ton of knowledge and experience through working with Tyler. Though I just started as a client not long ago, I have personally trained with him and I am confident in his ability to program safe, easy to follow routines that will drive results no matter what stage of fitness you are at. I have definitely started noticing changes in my physique and diet through the concepts that I learned from his programing such as training close to failure, not to full failure as well as utilizing essentric timing. I definitely feel that I have been able to increase the intensity of my workouts throughout the week, without so much fatigue and have already gotten stronger with Tyler as my trainer.
