Hey, I’m Tyler!

I’m an online training and nutrition coach who helps busy high achievers who work long/odd hours or shift work. If you’re curious how I relate to that crowd, I’ll tell ya.

I’m in the crowd myself.

Being in law enforcement for the past 7 years, I know first hand how challenging it can be to lose fat and build muscle amidst a demanding career and 60 hour weeks. Before I got into law enforcement, I put on some good muscle, but a couple years in, I started to lose control. After one too many poor food choices during 12 hour shifts, after work, and while traveling for work, I became overweight and unhealthy for the first time in my life. I was out of breath going up the stairs, I wasn’t nearly as athletic as the job demanded, and I hated the way I looked. So, I made changes.

I knew the methods I used to build muscle in the first place wouldn’t work for me considering my career. Trying to fit in 6 training sessions every week and trying to do cardio on top of that wasn’t an option. I knew that, realistically, I couldn’t cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. So, I found a simpler approach that allowed me to lose 25 lbs of fat and build muscle while still being able to progress in my career and make time for other important things in my life.

And now, I want to help people who are in the place I was!

I reached out to Tyler because I haven’t been quite able to reach my fitness goals on my own the past few years and thought he might be able to help me achieve them. After talking to him, telling him my goals, and hearing everything he had to offer I decided he could help me and he did just that. He lays everything out on a week to week basis in a way that’s easy to understand. He’s always available to answer any questions regarding my training or anything with fitness/nutrition. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with what you’re getting from him and genuinely cares about seeing you succeed. I’m beyond happy I decided to work with him because my physique has never been better, and that is in large part to Tyler.

Tyler has a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition with a tremendous passion for helping others reach their goals. I have gained a ton of knowledge and experience through working with Tyler. Though I just started as a client not long ago, I have personally trained with him and I am confident in his ability to program safe, easy to follow routines that will drive results no matter what stage of fitness you are at. I have definitely started noticing changes in my physique and diet through the concepts that I learned from his programing such as training close to failure, not to full failure as well as utilizing essentric timing. I definitely feel that I have been able to increase the intensity of my workouts throughout the week, without so much fatigue and have already gotten stronger with Tyler as my trainer.
